Unit 3 Industrial and Intellectual Property Law
- Evaluate the underlying rules relating to intellectual property laws.
- Evaluate the associated laws and procedures relating to copyright and trademark.
- Analyse the forms of industrial property rights including patents and utility models for inventions, industrial designs, trademarks and geographical indications
Unit 4 Law and Financial Crimes
- Explicate concepts of insider dealing and market abuse that damage the interests of ordinary market participants and justify applicable legal regulations to deal with the financial crimes
- Assess the money laundering regulations on businesses and its international dimensions.
Unit 5 Company Law
- Evaluate and assess legal issues of companies through the analysis of characteristics, incorporation, functions and regulatory frameworks

Entry Requirements
- To study a Level 5 Diploma in Law learner must be aged of 21 and above.
- Relevant Level 5 Diploma qualification or equivalent qualification.
